IMAPS Nordic Conference 2015

Institute of Electron Technology participated in the exhibition during the 2015 annual IMAPS Nordic conference as one of 12 exhibitors. This was an opportunity to reach the microelectronics, packaging and SMT manufacturers and users in the Nordic area.

Exhibition
Table-top style exposition covered brochures (may be download in the attachements) as well as sensors and energy harvesters connected to microcontrollers with internet access. Visitors could view online measurement results using the web browser. During the conference some discussions with its participants were performed according the possibility od cooperation. The most interesting conversations concerned research on conductive pastes based on metal nanoparticles, research on LTCC circuits for space applications as well as services in designing and fabrication LTCC circuits.
