The Centre of LTCC offers services to:

enterprises to foster their development by offering access to LTCC technology, services can be provided in small scale production mode at the Institute or ordered from specialist suppliers based on projects prepared by ITE;
research centres which seek partners to carry out European and national programmes;
higher education institutions which seek support for their educational activities (laboratories, traineeship, practical training, theses).

The offer covers :

development of new materials for preparation of functional ceramic tapes with programmable properties;
optimisation of the composition of ceramic tapes and the parameters of their fabrication process;
design of circuits containing sensors and microfluidic structures;
design of buried passive components and investigations of their electro-physical parameters and long-term stability;
development of sensors of chemical and physical quantities;
design of new-generation ceramic packages for sensors;
assembly and protection of LTCC micromodules;
techno-climatic investigations of LTCC micromodules;
design of micromodule structures for medical applications;
experimental low-volume production.

The Centre will offer research facilities, apprenticeship, fabrication of models and their characterisation.
