location: Kraków, Poland
duration: 03/28/2012 - 03/29/2012
In 2012 Institute of Electron Technology has organized the final project meeting which was intend to summarize activities performed within the project. The event was attended by 19 representatives of all participants in the consortium (ITE, UNS, TUW, IJS, HIPOT, IASI).
Agenda
For the meeting agenda, see the attachment.
Content
The program was comprised of four sessions: partner presentations, administrative session and two technical sessions dedicated to developement, fabrication and characterisation of manufactured pressure and flow sensors. Technical presentations have been grouped depending on the subject: materials or applications.
Technical session I:
Application of LTCC Technology for Fabrication Capasitors, Thermistors and Varistors (ITE)
Compressive Strength Investigations of LTCC (TUW)
The Effect of Firing Conditions on the Properties of LTCC (IJS)
Ferrite Inductors Fabricated in the LTCC Technology (UNS)
Progress and Outlook Regarding the Realization of the "OnkoCELL-C"-Mobile Diagnostic System (TUW)
Technical Session II
Thick Film PTC and NTC Thermistors Integrated in LTCC Structures (IJS)
Application of Temperature Sensitive Materials in Wireless Sensors (UNS)
Wireless Resonant Pressure Sensors Realized in LTCC Technology (TUW)
Characteristics of Piezoresistive LTCC Pressure Sensors at Different Ambient Conditions (HIPOT)
